Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • Cocktail onion, for garnish
  • Ice (optional)

Recipe

  1. Chill a cocktail glass in the freezer.
  2. In a mixing glass, combine the gin and dry vermouth.
  3. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a cocktail onion.
