Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz apple brandy (applejack)
  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Lemon twist or cherry, for garnish
  • Ice

Recipe

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the gin, apple brandy, grenadine, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and egg white.
  3. Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist or a cherry.
