Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes orange flower water
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • Soda water (club soda)
  • Orange twist, for garnish
  • Ice

Recipe

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, orange flower water, and heavy cream.
  3. Shake vigorously without ice (dry shake) for about 10-15 seconds to create froth.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously again until well chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled highball or Collins glass.
  6. Top off with soda water to create a frothy head.
  7. Garnish with an orange twist.
