White Lady


  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz Cointreau or triple sec
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Lemon twist, for garnish
  • Egg white (optional)
  • Ice


  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the gin, triple sec, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  3. Optionally, add egg white for a frothier texture.
  4. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist.
