Pineapple Gingerale Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup ginger ale
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple slice and mint sprig, for garnish
Recipe
- In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, ginger ale, Greek yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
