Pineapple Gingerale Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple slice and mint sprig, for garnish

Recipe

  1. In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, ginger ale, Greek yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
